12/23/2024-The Pecos League and Vallejo Seaweed would like to thank Julie Myers for her time at Greater Vallejo Recreation District. Julie served as Recreation Supervisor and was instrumental in bringing the Seaweed to Vallejo and Wilson Park in 2022.

Her last day with GVRD will be 12/31/2024. "Julie was always available for any of our needs and took care of us at Wilson Park" says Christian Carmouche field manager of Vallejo Seaweed.

2025 will be the 5th year of Seaweed Baseball and the 3rd year of Seaweed Baseball in Vallejo. The Seaweed begin their season on May 22, 2025 at San Rafael.
